WoCAA Series Starts This Weekend!

WoCAA is proud to be teaming up with the UA Cycling Club for the first two races in the WoCAA Series this weekend – the BioPark Blast Crit and the Oracle Road Race.  These are two great courses in Southern Arizona and a perfect way to start the series.  UA Cycling has put a huge effort into planning these races, and they are offering equal prize money for the women, great courses, distances, and times, and more!  WoCAA will have a tent at each event with a WoCAA liaison to help improve your racing experience.

Please visit our Facebook event page for details and updates for this weekend’s races and associated WoCAA events.  You can also use this page to work out carpools, housing, and more to help make the best of your racing experience this weekend.

We will be having a group dinner on Saturday night between the races at Beyond Bread at 3026 N. Campbell Ave. in Tucson at 5:30pm.  Come out and spend some time getting to know other female cyclists off the bike and fuel up with some delicious food for the Oracle road race the next day.

We also have tons of stuff to give away, so visit the WoCAA tents at the events to make some new friends and snag some stuff!  We can’t wait, and we hope to see you out there!

Make sure that if you haven’t, sign up for the WoCAA Women’s Race Series!
